TOPSM Database
Our unique Tower Optimization ProcessSM ("TOPSM") relies on our nationwide database of leases.
We have accumulated and abstracted thousands of leases from communities throughout the United States. Each lease is carefully reviewed and entered into our proprietary database system by our team of data abstractors. All important and/or unique clauses are identified, and the "best", most advantageous clauses are flagged for use in future negotiations. For every lease, we capture over 50 fields of information, including:

- Lessor, Lessee and Location Detail
- Site Information
- Lease Dates, including Early Termination and Renewal Dates

- Repair and Maintenance Clauses
- Financial Terms of Lease
